I was instantly thrilled by the sleek, modern design of my room. The Bluetooth mirror added a fun touch while I got ready—seriously, who doesn't want to jam out while grooming? Plus, the rooftop pool offered breathtaking views of the surrounding attractions, making relaxation an absolute dream.

We had a fantastic time at this hotel! The rooftop pool was a hit with our girls, giving them a perfect spot to unwind after our long days exploring Universal Studios just a short drive away. The room was spacious and comfortable, which made our stay enjoyable.

In my wife’s opinion, a better meal selection would be great.

I was at a conference and totally loved it here. The pool was sweet, and the staff were super nice. My king room was spotless, and I enjoyed some really tasty food by the poolside snack bar. Only bummer was no laundry facilities—would’ve made life easier!

The bed was like a slice of heaven, perfect after a day exploring nearby eateries like Broadway New York Pizza—total gem! Location wise, just a hop from Universal makes it all the more sweet.

The no-room-service-‘til-three-days thing was a bit of a bummer, threw me off. Plus, they really should throw in a continental breakfast to charm the guests a bit more.
